I’m from the West, currently looking for my favorite trail in Iowa, just across the bridge from our current duty station, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois. Hiking, traveling, yoga, and tea are some of my favorite things. I have an Army husband, a daughter in high school, and a lovable silver poodle.

Six years ago, I cofounded InDependent, a non-profit on a mission to make wellness accessible and create opportunities for all military spouses to connect for friendship, accountability and inspiration.

So when I’m not adventuring, practicing yoga, or chauffeuring my daughter around, you’ll find me at my desk helping military spouses prioritize their wellness.
